Scam alert: We were informed that this lovely house photos and descriptions were taking advantaged by some scammers and got posted on other websites such as Craigslist , They are scams! :) Really appreciate to the person who informed us of the situation :) Very well designed kitchen layout. Great privacy, lovely and cozy place to call a home! :D Brand new renovated for self living standard! We planed to move in, but have to relocate due to job change New water heater, new high efficiency 96% HVAC and furnace, new washer and dryer, new granite counter top, new solid wood kitchen cabinets, new double door wide refrigerator! everything new! :) encapsulated crawlspace to protect you from moisture. Time to enjoy and experience outdoor excitement! Plenty space for sports, bbq, fall color view, yard camping, snow activities mulberry trees! Sometimes, not very often though, friendly young deer stopping by. lol Attached two car garage, new belt drive opener with build in camera. Remote control can be setup on your smartphone. Friendly neighborhoods! Great location and great community! In front of Madonna University 10 min drive to Costco. 10 min drive to Ikea. 10 min drive to Ford Advanced Manufacturing Center. 15 min drive to Maybury state park. (one of my favorite parks) 15 min drive to Twelve Oak Shopping Mall in Novi. Great Japanese restaurant and grocery store in that region as well. 17 min drive to University of Michigan-Dearborn 20 min drive to Ford Motor Company Headquarter. 20 min drive to DTW airport. 25 min drive to Detroit Downtown. Drive to other fun city: 10 min drive to Plymouth downtown. 25 min drive to Ann Arbor downtown. Minimum 12month lease. Monthly Gross household income above 3x the monthly rent. Owner pays garbage disposal. Renter pays water, gas, electricity, internet. Brand new renovated :) No smoking. No pets. (we love animals but I have allergy. We may want to move back at some point in the future. If you are very interested and would like to include a pet, lets discuss and see if we could work something out :) ) about 20000 sqft yard! about 500 sqft concrete patio! Plenty space for sports, bbq, fall color view, yard camping, snow activities Tenants also conduct basic maintenance to ensure good community relationship:) that includes: ( I enjoyed the yard work and they were good exercise for me :p and I will provide with you a riding mower) 1: side walk along newburgh rd snow shovel and spread salt. In my experience, a heavy session would take about 45min. Otherwise, its about 15min spreading the salt is sufficient. I enjoyed the process and it was good exercise for me :p 2: drive way snow removal. This is not required for community, but you may still want to do it for parking your car. 3: Grass mowing. Depending on how the yard view you like. City requirement is maximum 9inches grass height. Grass grow about 3-6 inch per month. Therefore, we recommend at least once a month from April to July, then grass grow slows down. 4: Fall leaves clean up. Must hit two deadlines of city leaves curb side pick up. Therefore, need to conduct at least twice a year. We recommend 4 times, other wise the leaves may be too thick for the mower. 5: Fallen tree branches pickup and place to the side of road. This is usually pretty fast and simple. If you are an expert in yard maintenance, we could discuss a deal for you :) If you would like us to handle item 3 and 4, grass mowing and leaves removal, lets discuss and see if we can work something out. :)Show more
