All utilities are kept in the owner''s name and included in the lease price. Wifi and yard care are also included. Trash pickup is on Thursday mornings and dumpster must be placed out by the road each week. Rent payment is due the 1st of the month and is late by the 3rd of the month. A $25 dollar late fee will be added for each day payment is late after the 3rd. Security deposit and first month''s rent are due before moving in.
