A 6-month minimum lease is required per 650 North Main Association (HOA). An optional lease extension can be discussed. You will be required to read, understand and follow the Rules and Regulations for our Community.
Lease is 6-months minimum per our HOA Rules and Regulations. An extension is optional. All utilities included: Comcast Xfinity, internet, wif-fi, trash, water, electric and gas. The EV charging station (at garage parking space) use fees will be paid for by lesee. A refundable deposit of $100 for EV activation use will be required.
650 Riveriew HOA Rules and Regulations shall be followed including no smoking on 650 property. A signed acknowledgment that you have recieved and read the Ru0026R will be required. No pets including visiting pets. Please respect our community without loud noises and foot traffic. Thank you!!
