A 6-month minimum lease is required per 650 North Main Association (HOA). An optional lease extension can be discussed. You will be required to read, understand and follow the Rules and Regulations for our Community.

The EV charging station (at garage parking space) use fees will be paid for by lesee. A refundable deposit of $100 for EV activation use will be required.
