Upon entering the house, you will first find yourself in a spacious dining area that is connected to the living room, which is spacious and perfect for the whole family to hang out and enjoy the 65'' TV. Both the living room and kitchen have sliding doors that lead to the backyard, offering a beautiful garden view. The kitchen is fully- equipped for your daily cooking, with a formal dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 persons. In the backyard, you'll find a grill for afternoon relaxation.

BATHROOMS: One bathroom is located in the hallway downstair, while the other one also located in the hallway upstair.
LAUNDRY: Laundry area is located inside the garage for your convenience.
PARKING: There are 4 parking spots designated for you on the driveway. Our garage has been converted into a GAMEROOM that you can enjoy.
Our monthly rate is $12,000/month plus a one-time post-stay cleaning fee of $700.
Security deposit: $4,000
