This is a quiet neighborhood and the unit faces the wooded area where the walking trails are. You get a great view with no homes in front of you.
We require a full criminal background check. Judgements/evictions are not allowed. We also require a employment verification/rental history verification. I will email interested tenants this information. Once qualified I will set up a showing. I do not want to waste my time or yours. The house is beautiful and as shown in pictures.
Water, sewer and garbage and the $305.00 association dues are included in rent. Gas, electric and internet et c... are tenant responsibility. Washer/dryer are in the town home also. 1 Year lease. Two car attached garage. First/last months rent and damage deposit required at lease signing. $50 Monthly pet deposit (non refundable) p/pet will be added to the rent as well. Tenant is responsible for furnace filter changes, batteries for smoke alarms, light bulbs that burn out etc... Salt is required to be kept in the softener at all times. We put new vanity lights/door hardware/cabinet hardware/vertical patio blinds in the unit also. Unit has a fireplace in the living room. I added a few photo's of the new vanity lights (in both bathrooms) and the vertical blinds on the dining patio door and cabinet hardware. All interior doors have new dark hardware/knobs.
