The Liberty Beall residential units will feature high-end finishes and amenities, and are conveniently located to enjoy the vibrant mix of businesses in the area.You will be asked to make a 24-month commitment pursuant to a written lease, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. You will be required to contract and pay for all separately metered utilities (electric through AEP; cable/telephone/internet through MCTV) with our designated providers (no other providers allowed, virtual/online providers excepted), as well as reimburse us for your proportionate share of all utilities that we carry for our your benefit (water, sewer, trash, common area electric, etc.). We utilize electronic payment of rent and other charges. No checks will be accepted without our express consent, which may be withheld in our sole discretion. We will also require you to carry renters insurance and name Liberty Beall, Ltd. as an additional insured. If you don't current have an insurance provider, we are happy to make a referral to a trusted insurance agent. Additional insurance coverage may be required for unique risks. Animal liability insurance coverage will be required for all approved pets.
