We have several open trailer spots that we would love to rent to nice people who are in need of a nice place to live, and have their own motorhome or trailer. We also have a few trailers available onsite to purchase for individuals. Our mobile homes and trailer for purchase range in condition and price. From needing minor repairs before moving in, to just needing somebody to move in and enjoy. Yes there is a catch. These homes are located in my mobile home community so they cannot be moved. LOT RENTS do apply, and you must be approved by management. The cost of these homes range from $1500 and up. We are willing to help with seller financing as well. Lot rents start at $450 per month plus utilities .We are located about 15 miles south of Blythe off of HWY 78. WE are right on the RIVER!- Canoe , Kayak, Fish, offroading, Fun and Relaxing. We have an onsite laundry room, a small rec room with TV and pool table, and a gas station convenience store across the street.
